Heart of Quality

We believe so strongly in a personal commitment to quality at Heartland Information Services, we’ve developed an employee program called Heart of Quality.

Through this program, our employees learn Guiding Principles that focus on working together to enhance high accuracy for all medical reports, fast turnaround times and responsive answers to fulfill customers’ needs.

In addition, employees write and sign a personal pledge card that reflects their own dedication to the Heart of Quality. Here are just a few examples of those pledges:

“I pledge to regard every report as an integral part of patient care, while I strive for perfection and increased productivity.”

“My focus is to provide quality service to each customer, no matter what the nature of the call.”

“We will show continual improvement in our performance each day, with the focus on customer satisfaction. We will maintain our high standards of data security, honesty and integrity.”
