Accuracy + TAT + Security = VALUE

Accuracy. To be effective, medical transcription must eliminate or at least strictly limit blanks and errors. Heartland strives to deliver medical reports with accuracy as close as possible to 100%.

Turnaround Time. Even the most accurate medical reports are of little value if you don’t have them when you need them. Heartland’s goal is to provide you reports with the timing you and your physicians need. This commitment is just one way we demonstrate responsiveness to our customers’ needs.

Security. Protected Health Information (PHI) must be guarded throughout transcription and report delivery without slowing down the process or restricting permitted access. Heartland has controls and processes in place to assure confidentiality, integrity and availability of PHI.
